How to Check Your Annapurna Bhandar Payment Status on socialsecurity.wb.gov.in in 2026

Annapurna Bhandar pays ₹3,000 every month via DBT into your Aadhaar-linked bank account. If an installment has not arrived, here is exactly how to check where it stands.

Step 1: Open the Track Applicant page

Go to socialsecurity.wb.gov.in/track-applicant on the official portal. This is the only place that shows your real application and payment status — do not trust third-party "status check" sites.

Step 2: Search with any one of these

• Registered mobile number
• Aadhaar number
• Application ID (from your acknowledgement receipt)
• Swasthya Sathi card number

Step 3: Read the status

The portal shows your application stage and payment status. Approved + credited means the money was sent — check your bank account (sometimes SMS alerts lag behind the actual credit). Pending verification means your documents are still being processed. Rejected will usually show a reason — common ones include duplicate entries or failing the exclusion criteria (income taxpayer, government employee).

If the money is approved but not in your account

Nine times out of ten, this is an Aadhaar-bank seeding problem: DBT only works if your Aadhaar is seeded with your bank account in the NPCI mapper. Confirm the seeding, and check that the account is active — dormant or frozen accounts cannot receive DBT.

If the status shows a problem

• Re-apply or appeal during the open window if you were wrongly excluded.
• Visit your block/municipal office with your acknowledgement receipt for in-person help.
• Call the helpline: 1800-345-5505 (Social Welfare Department).

Timing

Installments are credited in phases — the September 2026 installment, for example, rolled out from 17 September to about 1.58 crore women. If yours is a few days behind others, wait before panicking.
